Hello! I’m Kerri Smith, a licensed physical therapist with over 6 years of experience specializing in orthopedic care and women's health. After years of working in traditional orthopedic physical therapy, I recognized a critical need for a more comprehensive approach—one that addresses the full picture of a woman’s health, from her pelvic floor to her entire musculoskeletal system.
With this background I can help to bridge the gap between traditional pelvic floor and orthopedic care. In particular, I love working with pregnant and postpartum athletes hoping to stay or return to their active lifestyles.
My goal is to help you understand your body, regain full function, and return to the high levels of activity you love—whether that's running a marathon or simply playing with your kids without concerns such as pain or incontinence. I am committed to providing personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that treat you as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms.
When I'm not in the clinic, you can find me hiking with my dog, snow skiing, water skiing, and baking gluten free bread!
If you're ready to take the next steps to a more healthy and active life, give the clinic a call to schedule!
